Our Guarantee

(ORDERS PLACED ONLINE)

For BCT Photo Prints, cancelations must be made by midnight on the day you've ordered for a complete refund. 

For BCT Training Photo Access, if you have not downloaded any photos we can provide a full refund up to 90 days after your order. If you have downloaded a photo, we can not provide a refund.

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee so if your order arrives damaged or any other issue arises we have the ability to reprint your order at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued automatically for packages that are marked as undelivered due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information on bad addresses and return-to-sender packages.
