Shipping policy
Due to the customized nature of our prints, it takes a bit of time to personalize and print your order from the moment you place it.
We Service the USA ONLY
WE SHIP THROUGH USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. THIS MEANS THERE WILL BE NO TRACKING.
Shipping Times
Orders placed within the Contiguous United States typically take up to 2-4 weeks to ship after purchase date and another 5-7 business days to arrive through USPS.
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Military Installations can take up to 2-4 weeks to ship and another 4 business weeks to arrive through USPS.
However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 6 weeks.
Shipping Cost
We charge $10 flat rate shipping + handling.
Important to Note:
- Updates or changes to shipping address must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change.
- We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to a new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will hold the package for up to six (6) months from the original order date. Customers will be notified via email to provide a corrected address for reshipment. Reshipment will incur additional shipping fees, to be paid by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If the package remains unclaimed after six months, it may be subject to disposal at our discretion.
