Terms of service

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Cancelations or updates must be provided before midnight on the day you've ordered. We do not update orders after they have been placed, please ensure you are ordering the correct items before placing your order.

You are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete information, including Trainee information, shipping details and addresses, when placing an order. For details on handling undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

We typically photograph your SIT within the first phase of reception at Fort Sill. It takes up to 4 weeks after the BCT start date to take the photos, receive the photos, edit/process, and create the prints, slideshows, and other products. When you pay for your items on FtSillPhotos.com we process your order and fulfill & ship your items as soon as your SITs photos are available and we have their Unit information. This is to ensure correct photos are sent out.

Orders placed after graduation can take up to 3 weeks to fulfill. We do our best to ship orders placed prior to graduation no later than the week after graduation. Our shipping through USPS takes 5-8 business days. You’ll receive an email when your order has been fulfilled and has shipped. Thank you so much for your business and your trust in our work.
